Payment

  1. Bank Transfer
  • Upon completion of order, please transfer the total invoiced amount to: DBS Current 096-29721-1
  • Once the transfer is complete, you may verify your order by contacting our sales staff with your order number via our contact page
  • Do note that bank transfer from POSB and DBS may take up to one working day to process, while other local banks may take up to 3 working days
  1. PayPal / Credit Cards via PayPal Portal
  • PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online
  • One advantage of using PayPal payment method is that it offers faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information to the merchant
  • All credit card transactions are handled by Paypal. We do not retain any of your credit card information during or after your order is complete
  • Each purchase your credit card information will be secured

 

Delivery

  1. Courier Via Qxpress
  • Estimated delivery time: 1 – 2 days (Monday – Sat, excluding Sun/ public holidays)
  • Sat delivery will only be made to home addresses and not office addresses
  • Item will be delivered to doorstep
  • Charges: Flat Rate of $4.99
  • If nobody is at home to receive, Qxpress will call your mobile and rearrange with you. There will be 3 attempts on delivery
  • Comes with Tracking Number starting with ‘QS’

  1. Registered Mail via Singapore Post
  • Estimated delivery time: 2 – 3 working days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends/ public holidays)
  • Item will be delivered to doorstep
  • Charges: Flat Rate of $3.99
  • If nobody is at home to receive, SingPost will leave a notification slip under your doorstep for collection at your nearest SingPost Office.
  • Comes with Tracking Number starting with ‘RC’ and ends with ‘SG’

  1. Smart Pac via Singapore Post
  • Estimated delivery time: 3 – 4 working days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends/ public holidays)
  • Item will be delivered to doorstep. If unsuccessful, postman will deliver to letterbox instead

  • Comes with Tracking Number starting with ‘SM’ and ends with ‘SG’

  • Item will be delivered to letterbox
  • Charges: Flat Rate of $0.90

  • After parcel has been mailed out, it will be on buyer’s own risk of receiving

  • Shipping cost depends on the country, weight of the parcel + $2.50 registered mail fee
