Payment
PayPal / Credit Card
- PayPal is a payment method for online purchases enabling buyers and businesses to send and receive money online
- One advantage of using PayPal payment method is that it offers faster, safer and easier checkouts and promises to protect customers from revealing their credit card and other financial information to the merchant
- All credit card transactions are handled by Paypal. We do not retain any of your credit card information during or after your order is complete
- Each purchase your credit card information will be secured
Bank Transfer
- Upon completion of order, please transfer the total invoiced amount to: DBS Current 027-905626-6
- Once the transfer is complete, you may verify your order by contacting our sales staff with your order number via our facebook page
- Do note that bank transfer from POSB and DBS may take up to one working day to process, while other local banks may take up to 3 working days.
PayNow
- Upon completion of the order, use your bank’s PayNow app to scan the QR code or key in our UEN as 201226527ZFRI.
- Key in the total invoiced amount in the Amount box and your order number in the message box and you’re done!
DBS PayLah! / OCBC Pay Anyone
- Upon completion of the order, use the DBS PayLah app to scan the QR code.
- Key in the total invoiced amount in the Amount box and your order number in the message box and you’re done!
GrabPay
- Select GrabPay as your payment method upon checkout at an online merchant.
- Enter your Grab-registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP that is sent to your registered mobile number via SMS.
- Check the final order value and tap on “Confirm Payment”.
Delivery
All orders made are required to have a local Singapore address (not within the restricted zone*) or they will be considered void (refunds will be made less administration cost).
Standard Courier
- Estimated delivery time: 1 – 3 days (Monday – Sat, excluding Sun/ public holidays)
- Sat delivery will only be made to home addresses and not office addresses
- Item will be delivered to doorstep
- Charges: Flat Rate of $5.99
- If nobody is home to receive it, Qxpress will call your mobile and rearrange with you. There will be 3 attempts on delivery
