Terms and Conditions

Delivery:

• Ohfriday is unable to amend orders nor combine orders which were separately made once they have been confirmed. Kindly ensure the correct size, colour and address before making payment.
• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days upon verification of payment. Delivery is carried out during working hours, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays(Singapore).
• Ohfriday will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should customer/ visitor opt for normal/ regular postage 

Defective/ Faulty Item(s) received:

• All exchanges have to be done in person at Blk 9005 Tampines Street #03-222 Singapore 528839 within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
• We apologize for mailing you a defective/faulty item. Please take a snapshot of the defective area and forward the snapshot to us at [email protected]. We’ll arrange a meeting ASAP.
• An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defective/ faulty*. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same product is Out of Stock.

*Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition.

• All exchanges/ returns will be processed and dealt with by the Defects Department.
• Ohfriday will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange.

Incorrect Item(s) received:

• All exchanges have to be done in person at Blk 9005 Tampines Street #03-222 Singapore 528839 within 10 working days from the day the parcel was delivered.
• We apologize for mailing you an incorrect item. Please take a snapshot of the item received and forward the snapshot to us at [email protected].

Payment:

• We only accept Credit Card, Paypal, Grabpay or Bank transfers (or Cash on Delivery for meet-ups).

Products:

• Products sold on Ohfriday are 100% genuine from the suppliers. Should there be any doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]
• Colours of products may differ due to the colour calibration of an individual’s computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
• Ohfriday will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchanges.

Warranty :

• All products are given a default warranty of 1 month (unless otherwise stated)
• Warranty covers manufacturing defects and wear and tear under normal everyday usage only. Discretion will be left to Ohfriday

Usage of Site:

• Ohfriday may feature pictures, articles, information, digital images, text, data, games, surveys, contests, promotions, advertising, logos, trademarks and other forms of content*** we deem will be of interest to our customers or visitors. This Content can be viewed, transferred, shared and stored by our customers and guest. However, the ownership of this Content belongs to Ohfriday and downloading or storing this Content does not render the customer or visitor the rights or ownership to it.

***Collectively, content composite one or more of the following – text, data, music, sound, graphics, images, pictures, photographs, videos, software or other forms later created or not known at this time.

• Content extracted from Ohfriday and published or shared on any platforms must be credited. Ohfriday reserves the right to pursue legal actions against unauthorized usage of this Content.
